Near Field Probes

A pair of NearField probes with an integrated LNA. To be used with an SA or oscilloscope (FFT).
Separate E and H field probes, capable of being powered from the USB port on an oscilloscope.

The bane of many PCB designers often falls when it comes time for verification. One common yet challenging issue is noise. Components such as crystals can produce spurious noise that is hard to detect. Using these probes you can pin point the exact sources of magnetic and electric fields.

This pair of PCBs is designed to be low cost for manufacture, with an integrated LNA to prevent the need for external amplification.
Both boards use a standard SMA connector which can easily be adapted to the BNC connector on an oscilloscope.

These boards feature:
- Integrated 40MHz - 4GHz LNA with high linearity and 5V operation
- Controlled impedance transmission line
- VCC filtering to prevent coupled noise
- SMA connector to connect Signal Analyzer/Oscilloscope
